W.A.S.P. — Babylon (2009)

Babylon is the fourteenth studio album by American heavy metal band W.A.S.P., released on October 12, 2009 through Demolition Records. The album continues some of the political and war-related themes explored on Dominator (2007), with Blackie Lawless drawing inspiration from world events and biblical imagery.

Musically, Babylon blends traditional heavy metal, hard rock, and blues influences, creating a varied record that includes heavy tracks, melodic songs, and several classic rock covers. The album also revisits the song “Burning Man”, which had originally appeared on Dominator.
