W.A.S.P. — Dominator (2007)
Dominator is the thirteenth studio album by American heavy metal band W.A.S.P., released on April 16, 2007 in Europe through Demolition Records and later in other territories through Armageddon Music. The album marked a return to a more traditional heavy metal sound after the conceptual Neon God albums, combining aggressive riffs with politically charged lyrics.
Many of the songs on Dominator were influenced by global political tensions and war, particularly conflicts in the Middle East during the early 2000s. Blackie Lawless described the album as one of the band’s heaviest and most direct records in years.
