Live Facelift is a live album and concert video by American rock band Alice in Chains, originally released on VHS on July 30, 1991. The footage features a performance of songs from their debut album, Facelift, recorded at The Moore Theatre in Seattle on December 22, 1990. The video has been certified Gold by the RIAA, selling over 50,000 copies.

In celebration of Record Store Day’s Black Friday event, Live Facelift was pressed on vinyl for the first time on November 25, 2016, with a limited release of 5,000 copies. A special edition followed on September 15, 2017, featuring red vinyl limited to 1,000 copies, each accompanied by a commemorative poster.
